Mold - Residential
National Dry Out has over 30 years experience in dealing with mold issues and we have the certifications to properly test and mitigate your mold problem. We start with testing and inspection.
Any remediation company that says it can remediate mold without testing is inexperienced and should raise red flags. How can you treat what you do not know? Kevin Ricke is the president and co-owner of National Dry Out and holds a Master Level IICRC Certification in Applied Microbial Remediation and Water Damage Restoration.
Once National Dry Out has determined if you have a problem, we will give you a full detailed lab report of what type(s) of mold you have, description of what needs to be done, and a line item estimate. NDO also performs post remediation testing to ensure that the property is within acceptable standards before clearing a project. If you feel you have an issue with mold, please contact us so we can counsel you on what needs to be done.
Mold can grow on virtually any organic material (wood, paper, carpet, food, and insulation) as long as moisture and oxygen are present. Because mold eats or digests what it is growing on, it can damage a building and its furnishings. If not addressed, mold eventually can cause structural damage to building materials.
